The first video is how most of the expert level groups are clearing it. They're basically ignoring all mechanics in the last 40% and making it a giant dps check. This is a super tight dps check though, beyond what we see in turn 5, so the second video is more likely what we'll be expecting and the way the fight was intended.

Another method for dealing with Devour - the LOS method.

"You stand in front of it when you get the yellow mark and run through it to the other side right after the mark disappears. You'll get stunned from Floral Trap but it won't be able to Devour you."

"4-Triangle LoS
The group stands in a triangle pattern on rafflesia. One corner is the MT (A), another is where the DPS and OT stack (B) and the other remains empty (C). During the devour phase, the yellow runs to C, while the rest of the party remains. The yellow runs through rafflesia when the dot disappears, and the rest of the party doesn't get eaten due to being out of the devour range. Tank swaps during this transition."
